Graphic Arts Maintenance Technician

Company specializing in the distribution of equipment and solutions for the graphic industries is looking for an electromechanical technician in Graphic Arts with a permanent contract with significant experience.
This person will work on the Offset / Digital machines and will be responsible for intervening, independently, with the company's customers, in order to install and ensure the after-sales service of the machines.
The position is based in Casablanca with possible trips to Morocco and the Maghreb.

The profile sought:
- Ideally domiciled in Casablanca
- Bac + 2 level type BTS in Industrial Maintenance, BTS electronics-mechanics or DUT Industrial maintenance engineering
- Good knowledge of IT tools
- English essential
- Experience of two to three years minimum in the field of technical intervention of industrial machines (Prepress Offset and Digital).

Salary to be defined according to profile (fixed part + variable part).

As a Graphic's Business Manager, you will be integrated into an ambitious and innovative company on printing technologies in the African continent
The company is present in 9 countries
In your role as a sales force, the suitable candidate will accomplish the following missions:

Business development
- Target companies / professions according to the specifics of a sector of activity / customers on the one hand; the resource issues of the dedicated area on the other hand.
- Define the prospecting schedule and lead the prospecting actions
- Establishes and implements the follow-up and follow-up plan for prospects

Control of the offer
- Offers the range of Graphic's solutions, services and products by initiating their implementation in synergy with the network of agents
Simulates the margins from the collection of the necessary elements with the calculation of the different components of the selling price (cost price, gross margin elements) in order to formalize a profitable and competitive commercial offer.
- Appreciates customer risk and ensures their solvency

Negotiation
- Negotiates the offer with the client / prospect, obtaining compensation in exchange for the concessions made.
- Concludes commercial conditions with prospects / customers.

Commercial follow-up
- Ensures the conformity of the service provided with the negotiated service and measures customer satisfaction
- Find out about the client's forecast needs
