The Fujifilm OnsetX Series is a 10th-generation flatbed UV printing platform designed to deliver exceptional print quality at unmatched speeds. With production speeds reaching up to 1,450 m²/h, it outperforms all other flatbed UV presses in terms of productivity. This series features Fujifilm Dimatix Q-Class variable drop printheads (14 picoliters), ensuring sharp images, fine lines, and smooth tonal gradients. It also offers variable print finishes—from satin to gloss—and supports a wide range of rigid and flexible materials up to 3.22 m x 1.6 m in size, with a maximum substrate thickness of 46 mm in manual mode.
Designed to scale with evolving production needs, the OnsetX Series offers a modular architecture that allows on-site upgrades. The OnsetX1-LT and OnsetX1 models come in a standard 4-channel (CMYK) configuration, which can be expanded to 6 or 8 channels, including options such as white, light cyan, light magenta, and orange, for an extended color gamut. Software integration with tools like IncaConnect and IncaVision streamlines job management and remote diagnostics, optimizing production efficiency. Additionally, advanced automation options are available, including robotic systems for loading, unloading, and stacking, enabling long-run production with minimal manual intervention.
