The Morgana AutoCreaser Pro XW is a high-speed creasing machine specifically designed to eliminate cracking issues when folding digitally printed documents. It is also effective for creasing conventionally printed, laminated, or cross-grain materials. Featuring an intuitive 7-inch touchscreen, users can easily set the sheet length, desired fold type, and start the process automatically. The machine then adjusts the crease positions accordingly, with fine adjustments possible via directional arrows. It offers up to 16 creases per sheet and can handle sheets up to 700 x 500 mm in size, with a maximum thickness of 0.4 mm (approximately 400 gsm).
The linear perforation system comes as standard, with an optional addition for full or partial cross perforation up to 500 mm wide. This enables the production of a wide range of perforated applications, such as tear-off coupons and tickets. Morgana’s EasyBlade system allows quick, tool-free blade replacement, simplifying the transition between creasing and perforating tasks.
