The Xeikon 3030 REX is a dry-toner digital press designed to meet the needs of small to medium label production runs. It offers a print width of 322 mm and a production speed of 9.6 m/min, with a resolution of 1200 x 3600 dpi, ensuring sharp details and accurate color reproduction. The press features five print stations, including opaque white in a single pass, allowing for uniform coverage on transparent or metallic substrates. It is compatible with a wide range of self-adhesive materials such as BOPP, PVC, PET, and paper—without the need for pre-treatment—streamlining the production process.
The Xeikon 3030 REX is built to grow alongside production needs. It can be upgraded on-site to increase print speed up to 19.2 m/min or to expand substrate width up to 508 mm, without compromising print quality. This flexibility enables printers to adapt to increasing volumes and diverse market demands. Additionally, the press includes an advanced workflow with full-color variable data printing and can be integrated with production management systems (MIS/ERP), facilitating automation and order handling.
